Sales for my book “Pressing My Luck” have slowed down to a crawl which can be expected after seven months. Just when I thought things for the book were over, I was asked to speak at three new venues – another book club, a Hadassah chapter meeting and the Broward County Public Library. Keeps me going.

Dr. Press, your story captivated me while watching “The Lottery Changed My Life.” It comes as no surprise that GOD would provide someone like you with such a magnificent blessing; someone who’s “work” is their passion to comfort and heal as a medical professional. My late mother worked in the Pediatric Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She has inspired my own writing of a book to be published soon, “In loving Care Unit”, a captivating story of my mothers survival and the significant role that EVERY family member has while their loved one is in an intensive care unit. Thank you for sharing your incredible story with the world and staying “true” to your purpose. It’s not a coincidence or a lucky “quick pic” that day in the sundry room at Jackson. Your “calling” was simply greater than you ever imagined in this universe! I look forward to reading your book and attending one of your lectures. Well done, Dr. Press. You are such an inspiration to all of us!
